Dressing
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup tofu mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried, chopped parsley
Salad
2 cups cabbage, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 cup apple, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1. Prepare dressing.
2. Combine vegetables and applies.
3. Gently stir dressing into salad.
4. Sprinkle the top of each serving with walnuts.
5. Serve immediately.
