Thanks for your interest in the Canadian Alliance of Home Schoolers. It was founded in 1979 by author, editor and change-maker Wendy Priesnitz as Canada's first homeschooling support group. The organization is no longer active, but Wendy continues to write, speak and advocate about learning without schooling on an international basis.
